I'm at the veterinarian with my cat and hearing one of the most absurd and kafkaesque conversations ever.

There's this guy who is here with his pet. The desk lady just checked the pet's government-issued chip which contains the animal's info such as vaccination records and so on, and now she is giving the guy grief because apparently he obtained citizenship between the moment he first registered the pet (with his foreigner ID card) and now that he's here (with his newly obtained national ID card).

She is telling him that he has to go through this legal process to verify his former and current id and be able to update the info on the pet's chip. "But don't worry, it's simple".

How about fuck you?
