How easy do the eggs peel? I use pressure cooker and precrack the eggs slightly. I do a quick release of the pressure and it almost blows the egg shell off from the pressure differential from inside the egg to the chamber. I just do hard boiled and it takes 7 minutes. For what you have their I would think 3 minutes at pressure starting from fridge temp eggs.
