No. Wallet of Satoshi is an all-in-one service. Their app is the front end and it only allows you to use their node and liquidity as the backend. You can’t connect the Wallet of Satoshi app to a different backend funding source. BlueWallet (lightning) and Zues are front end apps only, and are intended for you to connect to a backend mode of your choice (either your own or a custodial node like LN.tips or Alby).
