Honestly, you could probably do the entire Runescape UI. Main game screen could be media, the dialog area could be the note you're reading (could also be moved to the main game screen area). Upper right could be your profile and some stats where the health, prayer and stamina stats is. Bottom right could be event list, settings, client stats, etc. Probably not the best design in terms of UX out there but would be a fun one nonetheless.
