Well, my understanding is that they will propagate to all of the relays you’re subscribed to that have given you write permissions. With most new users starting off with ~7 and the average users usually adding more, that means you need to delete it from all of those. Then you get into other relays rebroadcasting events, so it could be more. Finally, people can always screenshot. Good luck getting rid of every instance of your post.
