They use psychological manipulation to get the kids to think the desired thoughts themselves, because once someone comes up with an idea on their own, they never want to be wrong and they will go to get lengths to justify their decision, even fighting and turning on their parents over it.

It starts with Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and "Resilience" where they indoctrinate the kids to be empathetic and open to knew ideas, and psychological guilt the kids into believing in things not even their parents agree with or even know their kids are being brainwashed into.

Then they move on to things like DEI, CRT and decolonization.
