I haven't seen anything useful built with AI (that I know of). I've seen a lot of things people claim are/will be useful that they say have been.

One way to hedge your bets - you could learn a language that would be more helpful in working with AI, that can also do web stuff.

Also when you say AI I assume you mean machine learning mixed with llms....but I don't really know the space very well.
