The consensus value of Bitcoin does not seem to be enforced by violent institutions like governments. It seems fragmented, fragile, and disorganized, but consensus is like the ocean with its enormous energy, and governments are like battleships. The ocean can devour a battleship, but a battleship can never harm the ocean.
