It depends, but Zalando Postgres operator. For multi-region CockroachDB (free until 10 million revenue), but no operator (it exist, but not recommended for multi-region). Some other: StackGres, Crossplane to run cloud managed services.

When would you opt for either Zalando or StackGres? Hadn't hears of the latter until a few days ago.

Zalando as proven, StackGres with advanced potential, but a bit more complex to manage.
