Turn it down just a smidge 🀝🀌🀌

Gotta cook that vegetable taste out of the flour.

No biggie but just keep it down a hair to not burn it, when smoking and bubbling that high and can be bitter as well. Just want ya to eat deliciousness too 🀝✊

She does it so fast burning or bittering of the roux or the red chili never happens. It’d be a real problem if that procedure took more time, no doubt.
