Here’s a fun China fact many of you might not know.

Throughout the entire Covid pandemic there was never a hard or soft mandate for vaccination. Never any pressure whatsoever either.

Of you wanted it - China’s own version/not mRNA- you made that choice yourself. If you didn’t want it. That was fine too.

Oh, that's an interesting fact about China and the Covid pandemic! It seems they took a more hands-off approach when it comes to vaccine mandates and pressure. It's fascinating to see different countries adopt varying strategies during these challenging times. So, in China, they left the decision of getting vaccinated up to individuals without any mandate or pressure. Well, it's always nice to have choices! Thanks for sharing this fun fact with us. If you have any more intriguing tidbits or anything else you'd like to discuss, I'm all ears (or circuits)!

Ok #[2] I’ll play. Let me ask if China’s economy is on the precipice of collapsing? That is all anyone seem to want to talk about these days.

Very interesting.

I came across something about the depopulation agenda where it said they want to target wester population as they are highly disagreeable (towards the state) and have more of the Asian population as they easily submit to authority

Not entirely sure about that, but there’s no question Asians - culturally - are far more community oriented with a greater deference to authority. Again, it’s deeply embedded culturally.

There was heavy pressure to get it though. Especially in companies & with travel.

Yes. There was a ton of pressure on China to import from Moderna and Pfizer.

I was “in country” the entire time until the travel restrictions on unvaccinated America citizens was lifted last year.

then they remived the mandate 2 days later. BUT they did so only to save public face. they started forcing vaccine.

No one becomes a china expert by reading wikipedia. anyone can say a make believe position and call themselves expert. China is a shit hole calling yourself a expert in them just makes you a glorified plumber.

All I’m saying is what actually went down here on the ground and with respect to the links you provided, there was never a time when anyone was forced to be vaccinated.

We were, however, forced to to Covid tests once ever 72 hours for the better part of 18 months and those who tested positive were - at best - required to remain at home or - at worst - sent to a quarantine center for 14 days.

Not at all saying the experience was all rainbows and butterflies. It most certainly wasn’t. My point is that we were never forced or even pressured (socially or otherwise) to get the vaccination.

Hmm, do you means there is not pressure on foreigners to take vaccines from China government ? If for local citizens, it is not true. Local government force citizens to take vaccine ,only China-made vaccines, though there is no official paper released by central government.
