It seems sending these instant zaps needs three things:

1. own a domain

2. backend service that can issue/manage lnurl addreses, without a static LN address

3. a wallet that handles the invoices from lnurl-pay

the 2nd one seems to be the tricky part.

Looking into it, I've gone down rabbit holes that seem "non-trivial" on the backend setup compared to the client side.
