What if a tell You that You could Buy a house in Venezuela for 15k - 30k depending on where it is located? Properties here are "cheap" if You compare it to other countries

i'm sure that there is nice rural properties and a friendly culture in such areas tho

i've kinda committed to this atlantic island here but my second preference is for south/central america somewhere in the mountains

Choose the mountains man.

Here are grown almost the 70% of vegetables that feeds Venezuela, SO we are really lucky and have a Lot of fertile lands , we are also clos to the border with colombia
