You can get cancelled by relays and clients I think. But never from the protocol itself

How will anyone be able to find your relay if everyone else blocks you? The end result in censorship
How can everyone block you? You'll still have most of your followers just not the ones that have different opinion. Your relay can send and receive information to your followers
