Got in an argument/discussion today with a friend about layer 2s on eth. He thinks they should be in the top 10. I said there’s no reason it needs to have a token. Lightning doesn’t. He said they bring money/devs in and bring more more value to the ecosystem. I said sure but that brings value to eth and the layer 1. Thoughts?
