That’s frustrating to hear that it still hasn’t arrived.
From our experience, post is often passed from Royal Mail to the equivalent national postal services, so we suggest contacting them and/or your local postal office; the Royal Mail reference number for your shipment is UB796074488GB.
Here’s a chronology to help:
-18th July, your order was shipped using Royal Mail International Standard.
-6 to 7 working days is the delivery aim for Royal Mail International Standard.
-29th July, is the due delivery date as it’s 7 working days after it was shipped.
Unfortunately Royal Mail do not consider it lost until after 25 working days after the due delivery date for items going to your area of the world.
-3rd September is therefore the date from when Royal Mail consider it lost! 👎
I hope that it is delivered well before 3rd September, and/or your national postal service/local postal office can shed light on where it currently is. In the interim, please do keep us posted.
