Th Amethyst store sucks.

It does nothing to promote listings. As do most BTC stores.

You can list dirty socks next to art.

They could start a bot profile that randomly shares good listings, but no, that's too much.

Yeah, we don't need promotion bots in amethyst, besides Amethyst is open source software, they don't have servers to run promotion bots.

At the moment, no marketplace based on Nostr is not up to its task.

Plebeian, Shopstr, Coracle, Amethyst, none of these have managed to make a real marketplace so far, and in none of them have I ever managed to sell my paintings.

It's not great. But it's what's currently available. It will get built.
