So simple. Don’t overthink ratios.
Cut up an onion.
Pour the honey over it. Fill the jar or close to full.
Squeeze a lemon in if you want. Up to you.
Done.
Let sit on counter. Then spoon the top for heaven.
Some add some raw garlic as well.
