The end of an era for me. Idk why I wanted a brick and mortar business for so long, but I am over it. (A decade).

Shutting it down as the month closes. So happy.

Time to move on to new projects. And regroup. It’s not over, but def bye for now. ✌️

And someday… I may be able to explain what changed for me in the past few months. Someday…

Onward 💪

what business are you terminating?

Badass. Good for you ✌️🫂🫶🤝

No point, too much over head, not enough reward for the effort

Oddly, I killed in Wichita. Def not here in PHX.

and my life just changed massively, so I wasn't feeling it for the past 2 months and wanted out. It's me. Growing and changing and stuff. All good problems.

Phoenix is a strange, transient place.

Most of us arrive, move through a period of life here, and move on.

Yup 👍 if I total up all the times I’ve lived here though, it takes up most of my life. Not sure how I managed that. It’s more transient than ever now.

Definitely.

I've been here for a couple decades.

(The end of the late 90's influx when downtown basically rolled up the streets at 5:30pm on weekdays)

Every decade, another influx.

Each one with a different effect.

This current iteration of Taiwan semiconductor folks coming in is interesting

I was in Seattle in the late 80's when silicon valley transplants showed up en masse.

The entire area culture showed massive changes within a couple years.

When the plant is done, it’s going to be massive. I think it will be great for Phoenix in the long run.

Agreed.
