Another day another 🍷 filter.nostr.wine feature! You can now add the optional ?global=all parameter to your filter websocket URL to have access to a FULL global feed (not follows+follows). There is only a first pass with very basic spam filtering on this feed - no guarantees. We will continue to iterate on it. 

The default will continue to be follows+follows unless you specify ?global=all. Example: wss://filter.nostr.wine/YOUR_NPUB_HERE?broadcast=true?global=all
