I bought a shitload of plastic straws from Amazon and bring them when we go out to eat as a family. It is like carrying a little bit of civility in my pocket.

I have a weird thing about putting paper in my mouth, makes me gag. I will never drink from a straw in Canada again.

I may be able to smuggle some into the country in the backpacks of some illegal aliens, if you can arrange the distribution of them through a network of dealers. I'm thinking we could get $1-5 each. Or, if they pay in Bitcoin, 750 SATS..
