Replying to Avatar Nick

What would be an aggregator? Just checking various pieces of implementation, services, etc. and don't see anything described as a Nostr aggregator.

We dont have aggregators, but it stands to reason that you could have delivery networks like CDNs on the web, as things scale to more users
