Why would people create tons of fake accounts with no content? I mean, I get if they're trying to use scripts to write content and spam the zap feature, but with no content, what's the point? It's actually extremely annoying, the more I think about. I have to go through like 40 accounts at a time to see if any of them are real, and I don't really want to waste my time doing that. But I do want to follow back people who follow me. Real ones, that is.

I remember a few months ago I was reporting spam bots. Haven't had to do that in awhile.

i think in the future most accounts will be fake. its good that you are keeping it real
I follow people who like and zap notes I really like. It's a pretty solid algorithm to build up a feed of thing I want to see.
It's already tiring, once it's easier for anyone to just get a nostr account it's going to be even more annoying... I get about 50 a day....
