An asset is, by definition, not “sovereign” if it can be confiscated.

ukraine is fighting for sovereignty. bitcoin is also about sovereignty. if ukraine becomes part of russia people like me will probably be either killed or in jail. but yes, sovereignty of russian assets is more important.
