There is a huge first mover advantage of being the first big tech company to adopt nostr. Most will only use the first npub they are issued and whichever big tech companies provide users with npubs first will have a stronger digital paper trail.

Absolutely. The first mover advantage in a new space has a lot of benefits. NostrPlebs.com experienced early growth because of this.
X has to have something different to move with technology, which Elon is interested in doing. Elon will likely copy nostr as is his pattern of behaviour-which he has said so himself when he creates the Western version of wechat-it would make it a stand out unique app. Doge could not underpin this app. Bitcoin is the only viable option-I guess he is being stubborn about it, as it is not associated with him.
