Combat service should warrant a pass. Combat service only. Not just being in the military. There should also be a stronger path for combat veterans to start their own business.

Agree with the first party but you lost me in the second half. Serving doesn't make you any more qualified to run a business.

I was speaking in terms of entitlement rather than qualification, but the discipline and grit one gains from combat service so translate to business success.
