This role would be similar to the flight controller for Santa Clause and his helpers on Christmas where they can enter severely congested areas. Cities are the worst because his duplicate helpers need to be in the thousands just to work one night and globally it's in the billions.
We need a safety Santa fight controller, too!

I think the most important aspect is to find someone that can apply pressure for human rights but phrase and deliver it in a way that it can reach the leaders it needs to. Many are too aggressive in their ideas and it is better to approach the topics in a softer tone so the people that need to understand the views WILL listen.
