I’ve been doing Red Light therapy lately. Have it in the office. Been too sporadic with it & need to be more disciplined I think.

Anyone have good long term results from it.

I’m in the sun a lot so don’t need much in the summer.

with rlt on the ballsack area - doing it daily. Didnt measure my t level prior to starting, but my training improved significantly afterwards.
