Sometimes if I woke up early enough on the weekends I could catch this show on some obscure tv channel that only aired black and white movies majority of the time.

The character felt real. Especially the episode where she wished to become an adult but then got so overwhelmed and wanted to be a kid again that was a good episode.

Gumball also had a similar episode where the voice actors were going through puberty so they made an episode about gumball and darwin growing up and how different they were treated.

A lot of these cartoons have some coming to age storylines that I think are also very important to show children apart from the regular educational shows.
