I’ve spent $1m on Facebook ads (lifetime)..

My account has been banned for over a year because of a bug, with no recourse. Support can’t help because Meta doesn’t have real support, only outsourced support.

If you have a customer that has given you $1m why on earth would you lump them in to the same overseas do-nothing support you “provide” your other 2 billion users… is there no priority for actual paying customers? I single-handedly offset the cost of hundreds of thousands of users for Meta…

I try to run X ads instead and bring my business over here, yet their ads campaign builder tool has been broken for 6 months now.

Does no large tech platform actually care about earning revenue, I don’t get it. This is their bread and butter and it’s as if the absolute bare minimum of effort is spent on these things.

I’d use Google ads but I hate Google, and their ad placements.

I started using Reddit ads but it is attracting the most toxic customers I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with, it’s as if that entire platform is a deep concentration of the most toxic people all on earth.

What’s an entrepreneur to do…?
