Users can block other users. That’s all they can do and all they should be able to do. You can choose who you talk to, but not who I talk to.
clients and relays can decide as well
Yep, if they want to dedicate resources to censorship. It’s their call. The market will reward or punish them accordingly. As long as the protocol itself doesn’t adopt censorship methods. If it does others will rise to compete and replace it. Sounds a lot like crypto, yeah? 😂
