If one thinks the system is BS and they wont comply, be John Galt "I wont comply and i reject your authority to force compliance".

But only a fool fraudulently complies exposing themselves to the wrath of the system.

Consquently penalties for failing to deliver something to the IRS is not as bad as delivering fraudulent info.
