Before making my first big transfer, I sent 2 tests of 10k sats each. I knew those would probably be non-spendable, but the big transfer was a big deal and I didn't want to lose anything.

Good news though.. if they were regular transactions then they are spendable 😁.

They are regular transactions, but the fee to spend them would be bigger than the UTXO, I feel like. I don't fully understand how dust and UTXOs work yet.

Nah not right now.

Check out mempool.space for an idea of fee rates.

You're paying ~3 sat/vB right now 😃. If your transactions are simple you're looking at <1k sats in fees.
