Worse, they compete with others who work to acquire stuff, others that work to obtain raw materials and others who save to get future things based on price discovery. Government fakes taxes to make us think it is limited to tax collection when it actual just borrows fresh money with no collateral and then launders it into the system. This robs savers, producers, consumers and tax payers.
