meditate

in the mornings

wherever they are

and then when they log in

to Nostr

for community

and attunement

they say

"Good Morning" to each other

as a human-machine-human

protocol

adding moist mind

through positive emotion and body

to the technological questions

of the day

and in this way

help one another

coordinate

the transformations

that they care for

and have a need to bring

into the thermodynamic dimension

as clearly as free energy.
