For women, I would rather say as many children as you are willing to look after and raise without bothering the father more than he wants to be bothered. I mean, there are no rules, not even around children. Don't be slaves to bankers, and don't be slaves to your children either.

Sacrifice might be a necesity occasionally, but it is not a virtue. Bankers pushed it into the religions to fool the people.
