what does the 2nd part mean? i would only get music and pods in my (primal/amethyst) feed and not my normal follows? or just them included with my follows?

You only see podcast and music related content on the feed in Fountain. You see all Nostr and Fountain related content in say Primal.
Is that correct? And I assume my Primal feed will only contain Fountain content where I comment, follow, zap ect on Fountain?
