The state wants you:
- Underfed
- With little sun exposure
- And low testosterone levels
- Ignorant
In short it wants you sick, sick people are easier to dominate.
Therefore:
- Eat meat and fish
- Get too much sun
- Do strength and aerobic sports
- Read, never stop learning
They want you sick, weak, and angry with your neighbour, so that you can't bother them or ruin their plans
