I keep muting/blocking. Then it unblocks and unmutes. Am I dealing with a nostr hacker, does hacking of nostr even exist.

I had a situation where I went to follow someone and I saw 'unblock' but I never blocked the person. I hit unblock to follow and it jumped back to unblock... 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️ I think it resolved itself or was in an update.
Maybe I need to clear cache and cookies lol 😆
