Yep...Chinese restaurants have the only working restaurant model husband/wife/kids, any cheap strip mall location, make exactly the same low quality food as all the others. And honestly, those will be leaving soon too. As the parents age out of the business, the kids are now docs etc...they have no desire to take over the family business.
