getalby is custodian you cant close channel.
but:
1) send to phoenix wallet and close from there (but you have to initiate a channel first which cost 2500 sats)
2. send to muun wallet which uses submarine swap instead so no channel fee and cheaper onchain transfer
3. just use fixedfloat.com
