🥩At the end of January through all of February I did a pretty strict carnivore / zero carb diet. Meat, eggs, ghee, salt, electrolytes, and black coffee in the mornings - nothing else.🥓
In less than 5 weeks I lost 13 lbs, but, more importantly, my strength increased, sleep quality improved, and energy levels were great - no spikes or crashes. Since the end of Feb I've continued eating mostly the same way with 80-90%+ of my calories coming from meat and eggs still and continue to see benefits in my health.
A lot of people report improvements with autoimmune issues and things like skin conditions, joint pain, anxiety, depression, and other unexplained health issues after even a short time on the carnivore diet. Thankfully I'm not afflicted by any of the above, but highly recommend looking into this if you are.
