Do you know where and when the top is? Let's assume it rises to $150,000 next February - you sell and the price rises to $500,000 by the end of the year 2025, then we have a bear market and the price falls to $200,000.

What do you do then? For me, the risk would be too high that I would time it wrong and then have to buy again at a higher price.
