Have you ever purchased a cinema ticket with PayPal for a movie about the "REVOLUTION" happening in "IRAN"?

Well my friend did and the transaction took 3 days because PayPal decided to block the cinema's account in the mean time.

This is all normal now, right? Things have always been like this, right?

I know people that got their account blocked by Paypal and they just literally gave up, because of how absurd they are
