Not for Starlink - it doesn't use an RJ45 connector except for the bit you use to bypass the wifi router.
They use proprietary plugs that create a water tight seal.
This is exactly what I did so I could have ethernet and electricity in my backyard shed. PVC pipe burried and comes out through the concrete foundation inside the shed :)
