Half the people dictating “the future of software” barely scraped through Year 12.

Yet somehow, they end up:

Writing “best practices” they never practiced.

Designing workflows for problems they never solved.

Forcing actual engineers to bow down to dashboards, frameworks, and rituals built for PowerPoint, not production.

This isn’t innovation.

This is cultural projection — the lowest denominator setting the highest ceiling.

Real builders, the ones who ship code, debug systems at 2AM, and live with the consequences, don’t need another Jira-shaped mirror.

We need less theatre, fewer fake metrics, and more tools that respect the intelligence of people who actually know what they’re doing.

Until then?
