Both #ai and #bitcoin are bringing societal structural changes with them, but I’m much more optimist and hopeful with the changes that Bitcoin can empower.

Indeed. AI can be used for terrible goals. Bitcoin not so much. It's one of the few technologies that is, dare I say inherently, good.

(Unless you consider how it could for example pay for an assassination of a good person. But that's just an aspect of the neutral technology that is money)

Also, Bitcoin is the only way to actually prevent AI from being used to change history.

Like China built condos nobody needed to support their economic growth for 20 years, the US was going to build massive data centers for 20 years. Deepseek has threatened that. Instead of trying to build its economy by AI, the US should be doing it with BTC. Some physical growth via mining would help, but just adopting hard money would do the job.
