[sky concert]

speedy

one overtakes the other —

clouds

laying back, they pass through the vast prairie sky

overhead

out of the sky pushes —

crescent moon

smiles to those who notice, drawing them close; the clouds drift apart

way up high

three little gulls circle —

the moon

too high up to hear them, their call draws the world in

lazily

white plum blossoms drift past —

gulls and moon
