Is there any reason why y #nostr feed is dominated by only 3 or 4 people?

it's possible that you need to follow more people.
If I’m following 142, 3 shouldn’t dominate my feed right?
I’d prefer the less is more approach to avoid the continuous noise and sparkle chasing. I unfollowed 2 of the 3 to see if that helps. So far it’s a better experience.
My thought is those were obsessive posters maybe, relative to the others I follow.
You're most likely correct. You're not following a lot of people. There's no algorithms here to bring old content up to the top, so if you only have a few people posting often, that's what you'll see.
