i'm soon to try for the first time slow cooked french fries in coconut oil

i'm kinda a bit excited about it... i wish it was goat dripping but this will do... suffice it that there is some goat oil in the vat

Been meaning to try this (or tallow) since forever. You're talking deep fry right?

well, i learned something... too slow, means chewy not crispy

so i'm gonna practise ... the slow then fast seems to be a thing but idk how it's gonna go with the coco
